Step-Free Access

The Beverley Barn has been designed to provide easy access throughout the venue.

Most of our indoor spaces are situated on one level, allowing guests using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking aids or pushchairs to move comfortably between the ceremony spaces, reception areas, bar and facilities.

Outdoor Areas

Our beautiful grounds, including the Garden Retreat ceremony area, are an important part of The Beverley Barn experience.

As this area is located outdoors, some surfaces are natural grass and pathways. If you or one of your guests has mobility requirements, please speak to our team before your visit so we can discuss the best access and seating arrangements.

Accessible Facilities

We provide an accessible toilet within the venue, designed to offer additional space and ease of use for guests who require it.

Baby changing facilities are also available.

Food & Drink

We appreciate that many of our guests have dietary requirements or allergies.

The Beverley Barn operates as a nut-free venue, helping to provide a safer environment for those with nut allergies. However, whilst we take every reasonable precaution, we always recommend discussing any allergies or dietary requirements with our team before your visit, as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Our catering team can cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options with advance notice.

For guests choosing not to drink alcohol, we also offer a fantastic selection of alternatives, including a range of 0% spirits, alcohol-free beers, wines, soft drinks and freshly prepared mocktails, ensuring everyone can enjoy celebrating together.

Children

Families are always welcome at The Beverley Barn.

For younger guests, we have a small box of toys available to help keep little ones entertained. If you'd like to use it during your visit, simply ask a member of our team and we'll be delighted to bring it over.

Baby changing facilities are also available.

Assistance Dogs

Registered assistance dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the venue.

If there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Additional Support

If you or one of your guests requires additional assistance during your visit, our team will always do their best to help.
