Yasmin plays a key role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of The Beverley Barn. If you haven’t already met her, chances are you will. She is actively involved across the business and is always looking for ways to enhance the experience for every couple who chooses to celebrate here.

As well as helping oversee The Beverley Barn, Yasmin also manages The Cart Shed Catering and runs her wedding planning platform, From Yes 2 I Do. Juggling multiple businesses alongside being a mum, her world naturally revolves around weddings, hospitality and creating memorable experiences for people.

With a strong focus on organisation, quality and guest experience, Yasmin is passionate about continually improving how the venue operates and ensuring couples feel supported from the moment they first enquire. She is also involved in growing the team, meeting and interviewing new members as the business expands.

Phil is the practical force behind much of what you see at The Beverley Barn. If something needs building, fixing or improving, chances are Phil has already got his tools out. You will often find him outside working on the grounds, creating new ideas or making sure everything is in perfect condition for upcoming weddings.

Before becoming part of the venue, Phil ran his own mechanics business, so problem solving and hands-on work come naturally to him. His practical mindset and attention to detail help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

A proud dad of three boys and now a grandad, family is hugely important to Phil. When he’s not working around the barn, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as his long-time hobbies of cars, motorbikes and fishing.

You may not meet Phil properly until your wedding day, but he is always nearby making sure everything is set up, running smoothly and exactly as it should be.

Michelle is General Manager at The Beverley Barn. Her Main focus is to provide unique unforgettable experiences, for each couple who wishes to share their special moments and memories with us! Michelle has a wonderful family, she is wife to Louis and mummy to the cheeky Gracie, who they welcomed into the world in March 2024. Since having Gracie, she has found a new love in CrossFit which she does in her spare time! She is incredibility positive, always looking for the best in every situation and strongly believes in delivering the best version of ‘yourself’ every day!

Having worked in hospitality since I was 15, my favourite thing to do is meet new people and put a smile on their faces, which I believe is such a key part in the industry.

In my spare time, I enjoy supporting the local music scene, having helped stage manage at Humber Street Sesh, regularly attending gigs and getting involved in running events. When I’m not coordinating and running weddings, you’ll occasionally find me at The Polar Bear on Tuesday nights looking after the evening and liaising with up-and-coming musicians.

Jensen is dedicated to ensuring that every couple has the best day of their lives, making the process as stress-free as possible so they can fully enjoy their special day. With a passion for anything with an engine and wheels, as well as a love for sport, he brings enthusiasm and energy to every event. A true team player, Jensen is always ready to roll up his sleeves and get involved wherever he can, creating a collaborative and enjoyable atmosphere for both clients and colleagues alike.

With close to two decades in the hospitality sector, Vickie takes immense pride in her role as Supervisor here at The Beverley Barn. Managing the smooth execution of every event, her approach is defined by meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering the ultimate guest experience. In her spare time, she prioritises an active lifestyle, often found at the gym, playing with her children or on a long hike with Xena the Goberian. Her greatest joys in life are spending time with her gorgeous family, live music and going out for indulgent meals.

After getting married at the Barn in 2025, I knew it was a place I wanted to work. I am delighted to be a part of this team as well as being part of team Cart Shed. 

I love my hybrid role between the two businesses as I'm a massive foodie with a passion for food, cooking and baking. 

I take huge pride in my role as a Supervisor at the Barn and I make sure that every couple has a friendly face running their day and that every event runs as smoothly as possible. 

In my spare time I love spending time with my wife and cats, going for walks, cooking and baking and growing my own food in my kitchen garden.
