Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, our packages include exclusive use of our beautifully restored barn, access to our tranquil outdoor ceremony area, and a dedicated wedding coordinator to guide you every step of the way. Our all-inclusive options take the stress out of planning, featuring catering, and entertainment tailored to your style. With bespoke packages also available, you can build your dream day exactly how you imagined it.

You can choose to hire The Beverley Barn as a fully equipped, beautifully maintained venue and build your day your way. With the freedom to select your own suppliers, and the guidance of our experienced team throughout, you’ll have complete flexibility without feeling overwhelmed.

Your Wedding Coordination Team

From your first viewing through to your wedding day, you'll be supported by our experienced Wedding Coordination Team, who work closely together to ensure every detail of your celebration is carefully planned and delivered seamlessly.

Planning support is a huge part of what we do at The Beverley Barn. You'll enjoy a dedicated 6-month planning meeting to begin bringing your ideas together, a 12-week meeting to shape the finer details and timeline, a 4-week final planning meeting where everything comes together, and a final catch-up during the week of your wedding when you drop off your décor and personal items.

Because our coordinators work collaboratively throughout your planning journey, they share your plans, communicate regularly and are fully briefed on every wedding. Whilst we cannot guarantee that a particular coordinator will be with you on your wedding day, you can be confident that whoever is coordinating your celebration will know your plans inside out and be dedicated to making your day everything you've imagined.
