Guests choose a starter, main course and pudding.
Starters:
Curried parsnip soup with parsnip crisp and crusty sourdough
Ham hock terrine with crostini, rocket and piccalilli
Smoked salmon with cream cheese, king prawns, chives and lemon oil
Mains:
Traditional roast turkey with stuffing, pigs in blankets and Yorkshire pudding
Traditional roast beef with Yorkshire pudding
Herb-crusted salmon with crispy kale, lemon and caper beurre noisette
Butternut squash pie with wilted spinach, mushroom gravy and truffle oil
All served with roasted vegetables, buttery new potatoes and roast potatoes.

Classic Christmas pudding with brandy crème anglaise
Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
