Wedding Packages

We are proud to offer three fantastic packages, along with the option of hiring the barn and personalising your day by choosing your own style of dining, order of the day, entertainment and supplier team, allowing you to create a truly bespoke wedding.

Our couples have the opportunity to spend time with our in house coordinators to discuss everything from creative concepts to supplier recommendations.

We always host your first official planning meeting six months before the wedding.

A 12-week catch-up meeting

A 4-week meeting

Finally, we formally check in 7 days before before your wedding

The day or two before your wedding, we’ll catch up when you deliver all of your wedding items. This gives us the opportunity to go over your final timeline and answer any last-minute questions you may have.

Included across all packages:

  • Wedding item storage

  • Tables and chairs

  • 3 cosy log burners and heating across the entire venue

  • Cake stand, cake knife and free cutting service

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

  • Glassware

Planning your wedding should feel structured, supported, and calm. That’s exactly how we run things at The Beverley Barn.

From the moment you book with us, we guide you through a clear journey so nothing is missed and everything comes together exactly as it without the stress...

Ongoing Support From Day One

Once you’ve secured your date, you’re not left to figure things out alone.

You’re always welcome to:

  • Attend our open days, showcases, and events

  • Visit us on Mondays (10am – 6pm) for support

  • Bring family and friends to view the space

  • Meet recommended suppliers

  • Measure areas and trial decoration ideas

This gives you flexibility to plan in your own time, with our team there when you need us.

6 Months Before Your Wedding

This is where we start bringing your plans into focus.

At your six-month meeting, we:

  • Talk through your chosen suppliers or recommend trusted ones

  • Offer guidance where you need support

  • Give you a clear list of what to prepare for the next stage

You leave this meeting knowing exactly what needs to happen next, without feeling overwhelmed.

12 Weeks Before Your Wedding

This is your detail-driven planning meeting.

At this stage, we:

  • Confirm your final supplier list

  • Finalise your drinks requirements

  • Begin building your structured wedding day timeline

This is where your day starts to take real shape. Every key moment is mapped out so nothing is left uncertain.

4 Weeks Before Your Wedding

This is the final planning stage where everything is refined and confirmed.

We will:

  • Finalise your full wedding day timeline

  • Settle any outstanding balances

  • Go through your décor and styling in detail

  • Take photos and notes of exactly how you want things set up

This ensures our team can deliver your vision precisely, without needing to ask questions on the day.

The Final Days Before Your Wedding

Drop-off is usually arranged 1–2 days before your wedding, depending on what works best for you.

This gives you time to:

  • Deliver your décor and personal items

  • Step back and relax knowing everything is in place

From this point, we take over.

By the time your wedding day arrives, everything will feel calm, clear, and completely taken care of. Every detail will have been thoughtfully planned, every supplier aligned, and every element understood, so you’re not making decisions on the day, you’re simply soaking it all in and enjoying every moment.

Our role is to make the entire experience feel effortless, organised, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. You’ll always know what’s coming next, and you’ll always have a supportive, experienced team around you, making sure everything runs exactly as it should.
